Annoying BuyNSave ads
This browser add-on is presented as a valuable tool that will automatically scan the web for latest coupons and discounts, helping you to save both time and money when shopping online.
Unfortunately, that seems not to be true and a lot of users are complaining about annoying advertisements coming from this specific add-on. Those ads delivered by BuyNSave can even bypass AdBlock add-on which makes sure that you browse the web ad-free. In-fact, if you are not using this cool tool yet, we definitely recommend to get AdBlock right now. It is completely free and you will be able to get rid of most of the ads displayed on various websites. AdBlock supports Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Anroid, Opera, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge and Safari.
Ads by BuyNSave usually come with a specific slogan phrase, so it is relatively easy to indicate this infection. Most common slogans are Ad by BuyNsave, Powered by BuyNsave, Ads by BuyNsave, by BuyNsave.
There are tons of similar viruses on the Internet – add-ons like CouponFactory or Coupon Ahoy are also offering to provide you with various coupons and discount codes, but instead of actual value you receive additional dose of advertisements.
In facts, ads delivered by BuyNSave are not only annoying and intrusive, but can lead you to more severe cyber security problems. While advertisements displayed by Google Adwords or Facebook ads usually are pre-checked and leads to reliable websites, BuyNSave can display advertisements by anyone, without any examination. That means cyber criminals can use this malware to drive traffic to their websites and you should not click on any of those ads delivered by BuyNSave.
Uninstall BuyNSave ads
We have already mentioned, that it is not enough to disable malicious add-on to get rid of those annoying advertisements. However, this thing has to be done as well. It all depends on which web browser you are using – scroll down below this article and find instructions how to reset your web browser settings and disable the add-on. Keep in mind that you should follow instructions that were designed specifically for your web browser.
Now, once you do that, you should remove malicious files of BuyNSave, because otherwise the virus will come back to the web browser very next time you open it. You have to two options in this situation – scan your computer with anti-malware application, such as Spyhunter or look for files yourself. If you are not an advanced computer user, we really suggest to leave this job for professional software. All it takes is a scan with one of those programs and all files related to BuyNSave should be detected and removed.
In case you would like to try to remove malicious files yourself, try this:
- Open File Explorer and go to the Local Disk C, then click Program files. There you should find a folder called “BuyNSave”, as it can be seen in the picture below:
- Sometimes virus puts those files in other files, so in case you can’t see it in Program files, try to look at C:\ProgramData\ and other directories. Also, it can be named with other name, so it might be difficult to detect it right away. That’s why we recommended to use anti-malware software for this task.
- Delete all files stored in the folder. Please remember that some files might be hidden, so you should select “show hidden files” before doing it.

Does anyone know how to remove this from Torch?
Have you tried to use our removal instructions?
None of the Spy software even check Torch Files.
I followed the steps for all the browsers,
Chrome, IE, FireFox all come up clean.
But I have really become quite fond of Torch.
I tried Uninstalling Torch and re-installed it,
but for some reason it keeps returning.
