Deals by Quiknowledge is an inline advertisement shown by Quiknowledge browser plugin. This plugin is a form of malware, as it is installed without fully disclosing its behaviour. Typically, you start seeing Quiknowledge Ads just after getting some “free” software without reading all the installation steps attentively therefore you do not know that adware was bundled to the main freeware. You might wonder why you suddenly get much more advertisements than usualy and your PC behaves weirdly because you did not install the application responsible for ads intentionally.
The truth is Quiknowledge is used by program distributors to make money. They download some sort of free software and make custom installers for them. These bundles install bloatware programs in hopes that the PC owners will buy one of them or will click on additional advertisements. Yet many of these ad-ons are not that harmless: they collect your browsing history, show fake messages about system errors or other popups.
Besides inline advertisements, Deals by Quiknowledge might show various popups and coupon advertisements in the sidebar. The later are used to track your purchases instead of giving an actual discount. So, Quiknowledge has no useful function for you at all. Thus I recommend uninstalling it and avoiding such programs in the future.
