But web browsers are perfectly good at searching the internet on their own, no extensions required. I seriously doubt that anyone would be able to organically discover Food Tab, an extension that offers no food-related features. So, how does an add-on like Food Tab get installed?

• Online ads. Browser hijackers are advertised online, often by deceptive ads such as fake download links.
• Bundlers. Some hijackers are bundled with free programs and with other extensions.

If you find yourself on the Chrome Web Store about to install a browser extension, think carefully. Remember – the Chrome Web Store is full of bad browser extensions. It’s good to be patient and careful.

How to remove Foodtab.club from your browser

Uninstall the Food Tab extension. You can do it by following the instructions below. You can also just right-click Food Tab’s icon in the extension area (upper right corner of your browser) and remove it from there.
