Immediate-support virus - How to remove

Many computer users have reported about another warning being displayed when they browse the Internet. The popup can appear on Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome. It takes the entire window of your browser and uses www.immediate-suppot.com domain. Here is how the content of this message looks like:

Warning! You have excessive popups. Windows may have been infected Please call 1-855-412-1786 for immediate support!

Beware that this popup is a result of an adware activity. It has nothing to do with infected Windows and you can receive this message even if your system can be completely fine. One thing is for sure, if you have received this warning, your computer contains an adware. However, calling the number provided in immediate-support popup will not solve the issue. If you ask for a support, you will most likely be convinced to purchase some useless application that will not do anything.

As already mentioned, Immediate-support virus is caused by an adware which can infiltrate into random computers when users are installing free applications from the Internet or if they click on an infected link. The only way to avoid it is to be more attentive with the installation steps of all new downloads. Often users just keep hitting the Next button until the installation is complete. This is a big mistake as this way you can skip a lot of optional downloads without even noticing and allow their installation.

It is highly recommended to remove Immediate-support virus if your browsing was interfered by this annoying notification. Remember that the only goal of this notification is to promote useless tools which will not help you with any computer problems. Run a full system scan with a reputable antispyware program, such as Spyhunter or malwarebytes. Also don’t forget to remove all unwanted extensions from affected browsers.
