PC MightyMax 2009 - How to remove

PC MightyMax 2009 is a terrible program no matter how you look at it. It has a weird name, and an even weirder function. Yes, PC MightyMax 2009 is yet another rogue anti-spyware program – a fake spyware remover, which enters your system nefariously, usually by using one trojan or another. Vundo is most typically the choice, it spreads through infected spam mail links, so be careful and delete your spam mail like all normal people do. This parasite will try to scare you into purchasing it’s “licensed version”, which doesn’t do anything useful.

Upon entering the system, PC MightyMax 2009 will perform a system scan, or what appears to be a system scan. Well whatever it might appear to be, it’s actually a fake scan that gives you equally fake results. When you look at it you’ll either say something along the lines of “gaht daemn, 353,000 infections in my system?! I should click on this thing to remove them” or realize most of the threats listed sound familiar, some of them may even be crucial system processes. The intimidation does not stop here, because PC MightyMax 2009 is nice enough to notify you without first simulating a scan too. These notifications are usually normal popups or tray popups, which convey much the same message as the scan reports and link to the purchase page of PC MightyMax 2009. As if that’s not enough, PC MightyMax 2009 has another nasty trait – it will slow your system down so much it’ll feel like a snail that’s stepped on some chewing gum.

Now repeat after me: “I will NOT download or buy this bastard of an application and will try to remove it immediatelly, if I have already been infected by it. I will also block PC MightyMax 2009’s homepage using my HOSTS file”.
