Savings Hero is an adware program that seeks to generate web traffic, redirect to sponsored websites and display numerous advertisements on the infected computer. The program mainly displays pop ups containing various coupons while users are visiting shopping websites or other popular pages. At first sight, these messages may even look quite useful. However, soon you will understand how annoying they are. Most importantly, they pose a risk to your computer.

If you click on the messages by Savings Hero you can be rerouted to some unknown websites. That is how the program creates traffic there. You should also be aware that Savings Hero can collect information about your browsing habits and use thus data for marketing related purposes. Later you may receive even more ads on your computer. Such activity violates your privacy and it is one more proof that Savings Hero is a potentially unwanted program.
