Track Zapper - How to remove

Track Zapper is a new rogue program. While this usually means it’s a fake spyware remover, every once in a while a parasite comes up which appears to be so much more than that, while not managing to actually perform any of the task it has promised to perform. Track Zapper is one such parasite: it encompases virtually everything in the security software field ranging from adware/spyware removal and firewall to popup blocking and spam filters. Such deception is rather lame, but quite effective with inexpierienced users.

Track Zapper typically makes it’s way to the system by using trojans, disguised as codecs (usually Zlob or Vundo), but can also be manually downloaded and installed. Upon infecting the system, Track Zapper will flood the user with popups and fake system notifications, leading him to believe he is infected/privacy-deprived/expieriencing slow system performance. It is likely that all of the above are true, which doesn’t give Track Zapper any credit, having in mind that it can be the cause of all of those things.
