Hey just wondering if you can still install anti malware programs while the vista security 2012 is still on your computer. My friend cant go on the internet on her computer because of the vista security but i was wondering if i put an anti malware program on a usb and transfered it to my friends computer, would it be able to install??
Dan: it is possible, but a bit tricky. You have to kill its processes first. For that, download process explorer or hijackfree to usb drive as well, and rename them to .com instead of .exe .
I was trying to get rid of it through the Networking windows system. But it would not let me open mlawarebytes or spyware doctor. Should I just use normal settings and try it there?
It automatically pops up with a windows explorer user account control thing where I need the admins password and if I click cancel it prevents me from going any farther by hiding my destop and everything. What do I do now? Already typed in product code on your website and changed time a week forward and back.
