WordProser works as a browser add-on that can be added to all most popular web browsers, including Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Internet Explorer and even Safari. Even though it’s described as a useful tool that will help users to browse the Internet and search for information faster and easier, this description has nothing to do with reality. Once installed this malicious application will display various advertisements on all of your web browsers.

Usually those advertisements displayed by WordProser come up with a new tab on your web browser. They appear completely randomly, from time to time. Two tabs are opened at the same time – one in the information about the application and the other with the advertisement.

Delete WordProser from your applications.

1. Open Finder.
2. In the menu bar, click Go.
3. Select Applications from the dropdown.
4. Find the WordProser app.

6. In the dropdown, click Move to Bin/Trash. You might be asked to provide your login password.

• Click on the menu button on the top right corner of a Microsoft Edge window. Select “Extensions”.
